Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully! Zapomnij o odzyskaniu swojego depozytu 300€ !!!!! (na który trzeba czekać 30 dni) zawsze znajdą coś żeby nie oddać twoich nie małych pieniędzy, bardzo ciężki kontakt i bardzo nie miła obsługa po zakończeniu umowy wynajmu traktują cię jak śmiecia !!! Kasują cię za co chcą i ile chcą, auto inne niż zamawiałem o wiele gorszym standardzie , brudne na zewnątrz i nie posprzątane w środku, choć oczekują oddania auta posprzątanego lub uiszczenia opłaty 15€. Wykupienie dodatkowych ubezpieczeń plus dodatkowe 50€ jeśli jedziesz za granicę. I nie wiem co tam jeszcze ale z taniego wynajęcia auta zrobił się rachunek jak bym wynajął prywatny samolot na kilka dni !!!! Nie polecam nie skorzystam więcej i WSZYSTKICH OSTRZEGAM PRZED TYMI OSZYSTAMI !!!! Show less

No tenían el coche manual que había contratado con Booking, decía el dependiente que solo tenía automático.No me llevé el coche que yo no había contratado. Fui tratado con falta de respeto por un impresentable. En fin...gentuza te puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Show less

The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

Amennyi rossz értékelést olvastam féltem egy kicsit miután megkötötték a korrekt árú bérleti megállapodást. Vettünk házzá természetesen biztosítást is. Eddig a folyamat online zajlott, közvetítő vagy köztes fél (pl booking) bevonása nélkül. Mikor átvettük az autót az ügyintéző korrekt volt. Semmi negatívat nem tudok mondani. Jelezte hogy a biztosítás amit vettünk mi előre alap szintű, célszerű lenne szintet emelni. Ha ezt megtesszük, akkor q kaució sem 300€, csak 100€, illetve kár, baleset esetén így az önrész 0€. Előre elmondta azt is, hogy a kaució csak 30 nap után fog visszajönni. Megvettük. Illetve ha nem akarjátok az autót takarítani,erre is lehetőség van 15€ ellenében. Az autón voltak apróbb sérülések, de ezt az átvételi lapon előre jelezték. (Lásd kép, semmi komoly). Az autó visszavétele is egyszerű volt. Az egy csillag levonás csak a nehézkes megtalálhatóság miatt van. Szóval nekem összességében pozitív a benyomásom a srácokról. Show less

rien n'est marqué dans les conditions.N'essayez même pas de louer une voiture si vous avez une carte de débit et non crédit car ils vous facturons 20 euros d'assurance.Si vous êtes jeunes conducteurs rajoutez 38 euros de frais. J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. Ce pays est un pays d'escroc voleurs fuyez à tout prix !!!! Show less
